and Intuition
To some degree, we all have that elusive sixth sense known as intuition. Because in the 21st century we don't necessarily depend upon it for our day to day survival and tend not to use it, our intuition can diminish. To follow through the next section 'Your cat's character', you may need to polish up on both your insight - or personal knowledge of your cat - and you intuition. Here are a few tips to heighten this inherent perception
Sit or lie in a quiet room: relax your body from the tips of your toes to the top of your head. Clear your mind of the turmoil of the day. Breathe evenly and deeply until your are perfectly relaxed
At this point your mind is clear so that you can listen to the rhythm of your inner self. Pay attention to the thoughts and feelings you encounter at these times, pursue them and follow their path. You are almost in a dream world and should pay attention to whatever symbolism presents itself.
To
sharpen your intuition, preserve your mental agility by remembering lists
of items, adding sums of figures etc. Reach forward mentally and attempt
to predict a companion's next move; the solution to a mystery. You may be
able to anticipate a phone call moments before it happens or think of a
person prior to them contacting you. Cultivate that awareness or sixth
sense, and you'll be surprised how that extra dimension can enhance your
life. You cat already has it. Study his or her movements, ways and
characteristics and the next step will be quite simple!
